You won’t be getting the essential vitamins and nutrients your body needs to rejuvenate the skin. You’ll also be more prone to breakouts and blemishes, which everyone hates. Try and fill your diet with as many fruits and vegetables as you can. Not only will you notice your skin improve, you’ll have more energy to get things done in the day.
