Deep breathing meditation

One of the best mindfulness habits that helps with success at work is deep breathing exercises. The 4-7-8 technique is about slowly inhaling for 4 seconds through your nose, holding your breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling completely for 8 seconds through your mouth, making a whoosh sound. This is one breath. Try doing this 2 times at first, so that your body can get used to it. Then do as many as you would like to achieve the feeling of calm to get you in the work flow.
